These are 16A 3-pin PCE Midnight bodies – the black-shelled version of the standard blue 16A CEE connector. Mechanically and electrically identical to blue 16A, so they mate with any standard 16A distro or fixture, but the black finish disappears on a dark truss rather than glowing blue in a lighting state.
